By chasing the 5G rainbow through the intersection of the geophysics and geopolitics of 5G infrastructure, we provide a new socio-techno imaginary of 5G technology. Transcending economic and political rhetoric, 5G is presented as a geophysical force as we chase the frequency of a rainbow emoji through the network; traversing the device, the body, the planet, and the cosmos.
